The project is realization of 1 place award won in the architectural competition of monument to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining independence.
The main assumption of the project was to create a monument based on the sculptural, modern, minimalist interpretation of the “Way to Freedom”. The monument received the form of a minimalistic symbolic 30m long lane made of 100 stainless steel elements, rising 6m above the terrain with obelisk bearing national symbols. All complemented with a square plaza with benches, made of bright concrete and linear LED light ilumination.
