Single-family house in Grzepnica

Design of a single-family house in Grzepnica near Szczecin.
The idea of the project was to combine the traditional simple shape of a house with wide widows and terraced extension the interior under eaves. All rooms are located around central fire place. Total square meters is 160m2, living room with an open kitchen, office, utility room and entrance space and ground floor. Three bedrooms, bathroom and storage room located on the first floor. A garage with two parking places has been located in front of the house, creating an etrance space.
